Recreational Gymnastics for Girls & Boys (6 yrs and Up)

Boys and girls 6 and older build strength and flexibility in order to progress through Beginning to Advanced recreational gymnastics. All programs and skill charts are designed by Twisters staff and cover all the skills necessary to build a strong foundation.

Our beginning level classes for girls introduce the four basic women�s gymnastics events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise. Our beginning boy�s classes introduce the following men�s gymnastics events: vault, high bar, trampoline, and floor exercise. Your child and his / her instructor will track development on his / her skill chart.
